Now excelling in our fifth economic downturn, with roots dating to 1975, our focus is representing and
formulating market wise and market ready transactions, meaning representing either buyers or sellers in
transactions that are eminently likely to close.
We have brokered over 300 multifamily units (including conventional market rentals, Farm Home rent regulated
and HUD regulated properties), several medical office buildings, multi-tenant office buildings, single tenant retail
buildings, shopping centers, motels, manufactured home parks, office buildings and industrial property.
We have a strong track record of highly successful partnerships; some still operate. In total we developed five
manufactured home communities comprising nearly 400 lots.
Property Opinions & Consulting: On an hourly consulting basis plus expenses (one hour minimum; expenses + 15%), we can make site condition
opinion reports that include observations of structures, mechanical systems, landscaping, neighborhood and potential
compliance risks, however such findings and opinions are not based upon or to be deemed as a professional, structural,
legal or environmental assessment but they will be based upon 33 years of real estate experience.
